I will help you learn and gain coping skills to help you succeed on your life journey. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space. I believe at times, we all need help to navigate our emotions, moods, and feelings. I am a great listener and motivator. I primarily practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy, which is goal-oriented therapy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
