We’ll use a combination of therapeutic, real-life techniques to help you unpack whatever is blocking you and move forward in a way that feels good. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and teens. My journey has included multiple careers in between (feel free to ask me about that), all of which have enriched my approach to therapy. I believe in the power of creating new neural pathways through evidence-based practice, creativity, and partnership. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anger management, family relationships, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), spirituality, stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, gender identity, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, military/veteran support, and multicultural/diversity issues. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards living your best, most joyful life.
