Hello, I'm MG. I believe that all of us strive for significance and belonging, and I am passionate about walking alongside individuals to help them tap into courage, connection, their own capabilities, and an environment where they feel valued. By utilizing an integrative blend of evidence-based counseling modalities, my goal is to meet my clients exactly where they are through a relational therapeutic environment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with additional training in a variety of counseling methods. I specialize in working with individuals facing a range of challenges, but I especially love helping those wrestling with anxiety, stress, depression, or navigating seasons of transition. I currently offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for virtual sessions. From questioning whether counseling is right for you to identifying areas in your life that need growth, I am excited to work with you, no matter where you begin. If you, your relationship, or your family feel stuck, I promise to walk with you in exploring the change you hope to see and support you in accomplishing your goals. The body-brain connection and the relationship between physical and mental health are areas I love exploring with my clients. Out of this interest, I earned a certification as a NASM personal trainer and AFAA group fitness instructor. I'm married to the love of my life, Corey, who has taken us on many adventures through his military career.
