My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental environment for you to express your emotions and engage in self-exploration. Therapy is your time, so take the lead and let it out.
My approach draws on Narrative Therapy, where we’ll explore your unique self-narratives and work together to rediscover your strengths, overcome and gain control over your distress. I incorporate elements from Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and music therapy into my sessions. I also work through a multicultural lens, taking into account the cultures you belong to, in order to provide a respectful environment and to gain a deeper understanding of your circumstances. Most importantly, I tailor my approach to best support you and meet you where you are.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, or just trying to find yourself, I’d like to offer a helping hand.
