I started seeing Jill about 4 years ago, before she finished her counseling degree. I was sliding rapidly into middle age with an aching back, a thickening layer of body fat, and a bad attitude. She came highly recommended as a great trainer who decided to become a counselor after years of working with all sorts of people who, in some way or another, struggled to become healthy.
Jill understands that your bad internal dialogue will find a home somewhere- on your hips, in crazy relationships, in a painful back, in reckless decision making, in repeating the same mistakes over and over again.... You name it, and your crap will manifest. So, after years of counseling while sweating, I can attest to her skills as a great listener and an insightful counselor, doggedly determined to root out what ails you so you can move on. She is warm, tuned in and easy to talk to. If you're worried or ashamed about taking the leap- don't be. You'll be safe with Jill.

Possibly one of the best psychotherapist out there!!! Jill has offered me very insightful strategies to better improve my life. Using her strategies of mindfulness and cognitive therapy she has helped me work on aspects of my life that I never thought I had to work on. She's kind, empathetic and a very wise individual. Her office space is comfortable and inviting, you will feel comfortable with her as soon as you sit down. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!!! If you truly want to improve your life and feel comfortable do so then this is the person you need to help you get through it!!
