You’re struggling to find direction, feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to figure life out, avoiding responsibilities, spending more time isolated or online than you'd like, or feeling like everyone around you is moving ahead while you’re standing still. You may be successful at work, constantly showing up for others, and checking all the boxes while still feeling disconnected or wondering, Is this really it? I specialize in supporting adult men and high-achieving professionals who often appear to have things together on the outside while quietly carrying stress, burnout, pressure, or uncertainty underneath. Or maybe you're a parent of a young adult wondering how your kid can be so bright and capable yet seem unable to gain traction. You may have tried encouragement, tough love, giving space, stepping in more—and now everyone feels frustrated, disconnected, and unsure what to do next. Relationships and family dynamics are another area I care deeply about. I help couples and families navigate conflict, communication breakdowns, and recurring patterns that leave everyone feeling frustrated or disconnected. I also support people navigating sobriety or rethinking their relationship with substances. Whether you’re newly sober or maintaining long-term recovery, therapy can provide space to make sense of shifting relationships, stress, identity, and the challenges that come with building a life that feels meaningful and sustainable..

What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from evidence-based approaches to help you build practical tools you can begin using right away. I also bring a personal understanding of struggle into my work. Having experienced challenges in my own life, I know what it’s like to sit on both sides of the therapy room. That perspective gives me a deeper appreciation for how difficult it can be to ask for help and allows me to bring an added level of empathy, authenticity, and understanding into our work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in real conversation. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer direct feedback, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck while making sure you feel supported and understood. Therapy with me is a place where you can be honest, challenged, and feel like we’re working on something together. My goal isn’t just to help you understand yourself better—it’s to help you create meaningful change in your day-to-day life.
