I am a skilled, friendly and trustworthy therapist with a passion to help others develop the mindset and tools to walk through life with joy and freedom. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, life transitions or the stressful “hamster wheel” of life, I am here to help. I provide a safe and non-judgmental “come-as-you-are” atmosphere where we will work together to achieve your unique goals.
My style is warm with an individualized approach that includes strength based, narrative, CBT, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. Together we will be able to identify patterns in behaviors, negative thoughts and barriers that are keeping you from living the life you want to live. Through teletherapy phone and video sessions from your own safe space, I am committed to helping you find your inner strength and clarity to move forward with confidence.
Life is not easy and we were not created to tackle it’s challenges alone. Whoever you are and whatever you’re facing, it would be my privilege to join you in your journey to a strong mental, emotional and spiritual health.
