I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over ten years of experience in the psychology field. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of San Francisco. I have provided individual psychotherapy in various settings and group counseling for substance use disorders. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe in treating clients with respect and compassion, always championing the actualization of their full potential. I work collaboratively with clients to create treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and needs.

When I first meet new clients, I try to gain the most thorough understanding I can about how their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions intersect to contribute to the problems for which they are seeking help. I aim to be collaborative about constructing new patterns of thinking and behavior that will be in the service of the client's values.
