I'm here to help, whether you're grappling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, a significant life transition, challenges in your relationships, complex family dynamics, or wanting to work through the impact of trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are struggling to find or assert their voice.
I welcome working with queer and gender-expansive populations, respecting your perspectives on and relationship with your identities, and helping you recognize and navigate the impact of systems of oppression, such as racism, on your inner experience.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Social Work from the University of Chicago: Hyde Park and a Bachelor's degree from Nova School of Business and Economics, which inform my holistic and compassionate approach to therapy.
