I really liked the psychiatrist here. Therapist is good but she looks down typing a lot. Wait time is long.

I was informed that the office is having difficulties communicating with ZocDoc, that's why my appointment times are always jacked up. I personally scheduled my next appointment with my therapist in hopes there will be less problems in the future. I enjoyed speaking with Johanna today and thought she was insightful and she remembered all the things I spoke to her about.

Johanna was great, but after speaking to her for 10 min after the 2 hr wait I was told that I was also seeing the psychiatrist Yelena. Who has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. I think I'm better off getting a root canal. lol Yelena asked me if i ever seen a psychiatrist and i said no this would be the first time, then she asked me i ever seen a psychologist and i said yes a few yrs back. Then she yelled at me and told me then I did see a psychiatrist. So i said ok if you say so. Later she asked me who was I have seen for my back problem. I said i go to a neuro office who i see a PA, and she yelled some more stating that the PA is not a doctor and that they are lower than a nurse. (talk about high standards) She asked me if i was still going to see them, and i said yes since i have history with them and they helped and she said why if they arnt real doctors, then she stood up in the middle of the appt to yell at Johanna in front other clients (and in my mind i thought this was ridiculous and asked to leave quickly) the secretary looked embarrassed. Then Yelena quickly prescribed me Ability for my anxiety. HA Im never going back again.

I wasn't helped until 1 hour and 30 minutes after because I asked to reschedule. The wait time was ridiculous and they seemed very discombobulated and unorganized. The office is small and not pleasant looking.

I arrived on time for my appointment because it was confirmed for today. However, I sat there for an hour thinking that my therapist was late. I asked the receptionist If she was coming and she told me she wasn't coming in today. I should've been notified in advance so I didn't have to waste my time or my meter money.

She's a decent listener but not very effective at giving quality therapy on how to overcome and/or deal with your situation. She pretty much makes u come to your own decision without giving her expertise advice. I would like more hands on therapy. In addition, the office is very noisy and receptionist walks in randomly all the time which is intrusive and annoying.

Very empathetic and nice. Really great bedside manner. The staff in the office is a little cold and unprofessional, however--but they make an effort to have you be seen in a timely fashion.
