I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they share their life experiences, deepen their understanding of themselves, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive space where individuals can build insight, develop resilience, and gain practical skills to support both their immediate needs and long-term goals. Together, we will collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your healing journey. Anneli is EMDR-trained and specializes in working with individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, mood-related concerns, and relationship challenges. Through the EMDR process, she thoughtfully assess each client’s unique needs and integrate additional evidence-based approaches to ensure they feel supported, safe, and empowered throughout therapy.
