Hello, I'm Jonathan Miller. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervising designation, I bring over two decades of experience to our sessions. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in January 1998, and since then, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My training includes foundational Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in October 2010 and EMDR training in 2015, both of which are integral to my practice. I've also had the privilege of presenting on DBT and dissociation to other professionals in the area, which has enriched my understanding and approach to therapy. I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, grief/bereavement, OCD, phobias, PTSD, suicidal ideation/self-harming, and trauma. My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Living in the Columbus, Ohio area with my family, I understand the importance of balance and self-care. When I'm not working, you'll often find me surrounded by more books than I have time to read, reflecting my ongoing passion for learning and growth.
