I'll show you how to fortify your personal toolkit of coping skills to enable you to better reach and attain the optimum level of achievement and happiness that you deserve in your life.
In our initial session, we'll get to know each other. We'll discuss your life experiences and which areas of concern you would like to address. I'll answer your questions about counseling and go over what you would like to achieve in our collaboration. We'll discuss your goals in life and what obstacles might be getting in the way of achieving them. We'll review any mental health concerns you may have and determine the areas you'd like to address. Together, we'll develop an open, nurturing, safe space and forge a solid collaborative connection to create a straightforward plan to get your life back on track!
I have served in different organizations working with diverse populations in a variety of roles involving mental health, managed health care, addiction, and sobriety concerns. I enjoy meeting new people and figuring out what makes them tick. My curiosity allows me to probe into the depths of your mind, ask the right questions, and work towards understanding the root causes of your concerns to create a treatment plan to help you come to terms with your personal demons.
