My goal is to help others recognize and use their strengths to foster personal growth. Life can be difficult and comes with a variety of stressors, but there are ways to help manage it. I believe we all need some extra support sometimes, and I am here to help clients navigate the best path for them. My ideal client is one who recognizes that there are areas of his/her life that can be improved and is open and ready for changes through a therapeutic relationship.
I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to be open and honest. All clients' needs are different, and I appreciate the diversity that comes with that. I hope to build trusting and professional relationships which will ultimately result in positive changes for clients.
