What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means entering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you, or your loved one, are seen as the expert on your own life. I view therapy as a partnership: we will work together to uncover underlying feelings, understand the purpose behind difficult behaviors or emotions, and build practical coping tools that fit your real-world needs. Whether we are using creative techniques like play and art therapy with younger clients or utilizing CBT and mindfulness with teens and adults, my goal is always to move at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and empowering for you.
