My approach is deeply rooted in attachment theory and shaped by an existential humanistic lens. I'll meet you where you're at, with practical support for what's happening now, while also helping you explore the deeper patterns that may be holding you back. I also draw from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), grounding techniques, and mindfulness-based practices to help you stay centered and resilient. Nature plays a key role in my work. I integrate elements of eco-psychology, sound healing, guided imagery, and animal-assisted work to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. While listed here as virtual only, I offer a hybrid model: a mix of virtual and in-person sessions in both Santa Rosa, CA, and Santa Barbara, CA.
