I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have worked in the field of social services for over 15 years now and loved every moment of it. Since I was a young child, I have always enjoyed listening to people’s problems and helping them find solutions. I am here to help guide you, problem solve, and support you. I can be the sounding board and non-judgmental confidant you have been looking for!
I want to help you live your best life (Oprah’s words not mine) and I do that by utilizing a Solution Focused and Strength-Based approach. While I am goal-oriented, more importantly, I am focused on providing long-term relief and realistic solutions to the life stressors and challenges you face. We will work together on creating a positive mindset that will help you overcome challenges confidently.
