Getting to know Crystal Cendejas

Let me introduce myself, My name is Crystal and I am a first generation bilingual Latinx therapist. I currently hold a license in Clinical Social Work. I have a B.A in Biological Psychology with a Minor in Communications Cal State San Bernardino, and a Masters degree in Social Work USC. I have worked in various mental health settings, from working in a mental health urgent care where I worked with many who were in crisis, to working at a residential treatment center where individuals had severe mental illness, worked in a substance abuse clinic running groups, worked for a crisis hotline, and in private practice as a therapist. I feel that my experience in mental health has helped me to become a wellrounded and compassionate therapist overall. I am a trauma informed therapist who allows openness, and a safe space for my clients to heal. My purpose is to help my clients identify and work through their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to uncover their true authentic selves. I am always keeping up with the latest mental health research to educate my clients because I have their best interest at heart.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
