Kathryn specializes in trauma-informed care (including EMDR), anxiety, and neurodivergence, including autism and adult ADHD.
Outside of her practice, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. Together, they love golfing, paddleboarding, swimming, and cozy winter days filled with museums and movies.
