I’m Keil Davis, a licensed professional counselor who works primarily with young people, 12 years of age and up, who are confused about life and have become angry, stressed, distant, anxious, unmotivated, isolated, depressed, and/or suicidal. I find young people often have difficulty with the learning curves we all experience during adolescence. I help them explore and understand the very things that confuse them, whether it is managing emotions, family dynamics, communication, organization, self-esteem, experiencing grief, navigating social dynamics with healthy boundaries, gender identity issues, how to make sense of thoughts and feelings, or how to build resilience. I help young people and their families find communication skills, coping skills, peace, and understanding. Adolescent’s problems usually stem from family dynamics, therefore I work with families and individual adults as well.
