I am an attachment-based therapist that focuses on how trauma impacts how you view yourself & others. I specialize in treating attachment issues such as codependency, trust issues, low self-esteem, and more. I form a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients to help them take an active role in their healing. My goal is to help you address trauma so that you can form healthy and meaningful relationships.
