UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My approach to therapy can best be described as eclectic. While I have a strong base in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I also like to intertwine Person-Centered Techniques as well as Solution-Focused approaches. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University, which has provided me with a solid foundation to support my diverse therapeutic methods. My goal for each of my clients is for them to be the best possible versions of themselves. While this concept sounds easy enough, there are many things each of us has that block that path. My aim in therapy is to help clients identify what those blocks are and how they can begin to remove them.
