I take a humanistic, client-centered approach in my practice. My goal is to help people when they are ready to move toward healing and improving their lives. I believe in empowering my clients and providing the positive support they deserve so they can function independently outside of the therapeutic relationship. My approach is to accept and respect the autonomy of clients and guide them to find the strength and power within themselves. I truly believe that every client is the expert in their own life, and I am here to support them in finding the solutions they need to solve their problems. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals and families effectively.
