I offer a safe space for all forms of self-expression for individuals, couples, and groups across the sexuality spectrum. Often when we are placed in environments with intense levels of stress, whether this is from relationship issues, anxiety/depression, addiction or other life situations, we hold pain and trauma deep in our bodies. When we are unable to process and release this from our bodies, we become stuck in patterns that are unhealthy. I also specialize in couples therapy, utilizing Gottman Method Techniques as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy, to provide a safe space to explore sexual, relational and life challenges.
I am a somatically trained, existential, person-centered psychotherapist who believes our minds and our bodies are endlessly connected. I practice various psychotherapy modalities that are effective and creative. Our sessions may involve purely talk therapy, embodied talk therapy, mindfulness/bodyfulness meditations or a combination of these approaches.
I empower clients to understand how they exist in their bodies and how their bodies exist in the world, leading a greater sense of whole self-acceptance.
