Hello! I'm Krista, and I'm so glad you're here. Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety? Feeling overwhelmed, but unsure of where to even begin? It is my great passion to meet people where they are and support them through the challenges they face. No struggle is too large or too small. Together, we can work on strategies to manage these feelings while also pursuing your best self. I believe that no single approach is right for everyone, which is why I have been trained in a range of modalities. My educational journey took me to the University of Cincinnati and the University of Louisville, where I ultimately obtained my Master of Science in Social Work. I continued on to obtain my independent licensure and a supervision licensure. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology, with certificates in Addiction Studies and Deaf Studies. With eight years of experience in the field of client interaction, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to our sessions. I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of issues, including addiction, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, and stress. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and work towards meaningful change. When we work together, you can expect a compassionate and personalized approach. I am here to listen, support, and guide you as you navigate your unique journey. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help.
