I provide psychotherapy for many concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational struggles, and women’s issues. I help adults and young adults take control of their narrative by helping them write their own story and cultivate a greater sense of self-acceptance. I often work with clients who are struggling with shame, inadequacy, and low self-esteem or with unfulfilling and unsatisfying personal relationships in their lives.
In my work, I draw heavily from cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and psychodynamic techniques, with an emphasis on practical tools as well as tending to deeper wounds and underlying emotions. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to explore whatever issues that clients are struggling with and to discover new ways of living a more well-balanced life. I help clients gain insight into themselves and discover ways to tap into their inner well of resilience to develop a flourishing life.
No matter the concern, I use an individualized approach to help you in the unique way you need. I’d love to speak with you, learn more, and explore how we can help navigate the challenges you’re facing together.
