I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDR-trained therapist. I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Twin Cities, in 2014. I have been in the field for over 10 years and have worked with several different populations, providing me with a wide range of therapeutic skills and experience. I have worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, in-home, and now private practice settings. I have a passion for working with individuals, children between the ages of 8-12, and families. I draw from several treatment modalities and tailor my interventions to best meet each client's individual needs. I am trained in using EMDR and often use interventions through an Internal Family Systems lens. I know that taking the first step to start treatment can often be the most challenging. Let me help by providing you with a brave space where you feel supported as you engage in a process of healing.
I am eager to help you build healthy relationships with yourself and others so you can flourish. Using person-centered and strengths-based approaches, I help clients take practical steps toward growth and healing. I provide a welcoming space for my clients to develop healthy relationships, heal from hurt, and thrive through self-acceptance. I have experience helping clients move through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. My goal is to be inclusive, honor each client's uniqueness and values, and help identify and build on existing strengths to meet their desired goals.
