This allows me to customize our work together to meet you where you are and help move you toward your goals. I want to see you succeed in your goals. My journey to mental healthcare I have worked in the mental health field in one capacity or another since I was 20 years old. I didn’t always know I wanted to be a therapist; in fact, I started my undergraduate studies majoring in elementary education! As part of that degree track, I took a psychology class and was hooked. I loved it! I took a few more classes the next semester and then changed my major. I love seeing others have their “aha” moments and watching them reach their goals. My goals for you We will talk about what you want to work on and what you hope to get out of our time together. We will use those answers to create realistic goals for us to work toward.
