I strive to provide a therapeutic environment where clients feel not only safe and non-judged but also genuinely seen and heard. I believe that securing a trusting and sincere bond with my clients is of utmost importance before any real therapy can begin. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves more deeply and evoke meaning in their challenges so that they can live life more fully and authentically. Empowerment comes through connecting to your truth. I provide the support needed for clients to begin taking steps outside of their comfort zones and toward facilitating the changes that they wish to see.
I consider myself a truly integrative therapist, often adjusting my style to fit the unique and evolving needs of each client. I experience the mind and the body as intimately interconnected, informing my holistic approach. With training in somatic embodiment and regulation strategies, I incorporate the wisdom of the body in helping clients build awareness.
I embrace diversity and apply an anti-oppressive lens to my work. I have extensive training and experience working with individuals of many various sexualities and gender expressions and with clients who practice nontraditional relationship styles (such as polyamory and ethical non-monogamy). I would be honored to have the opportunity to support you.
