By cultivating self-awareness and compassion, I seek to help clients explore their own experiences, alleviate fear, and move in the direction of their own choosing and calling. I believe that each person has the capacity to improve their mental health, their wellbeing, and by extension the lives of countless others. I am inspired to support clients with anxiety, depression, body image, disordered eating, identity, life stage transitions, interpersonal relationships, sexuality, parenting, family conflict, attachment, loss, and grief. By not taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I keep the clients and their interests at the center.
