I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, dedicated to making wellness popular and accessible to all people. I have experience working with clients aged seven through ninety-nine, with a focus on depression, anxiety, and trauma. In my sessions, I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and others to help clients improve. I often work with clients to address trauma and understand behaviors caused by it. My counseling style is eclectic, and I collaborate closely with my clients to view them as whole individuals, not just through the lens of mental health issues. Many clients have said, �I love that you consider my culture and societal issues.� I take the time to understand the environmental factors that affect mental health as well. For me, it's an honor to work with individuals as they embark on their wellness journey. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating art of all kinds that inspires people. My favorite quote is �Take your time, but don't waste time� by Chadwick Boseman, because time in life is truly precious, and we should use it as best as we can.
