My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and integrative of depth psychology and behavioral methods. I collaborate with clients on developing and expanding their unique set of strengths and resources, and I specialize in working creatively - leading clients to increased agency, deeper work, and greater enjoyment in the therapeutic process.
