UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. After 32 years of treating individuals and couples, I have developed my own approach to providing therapy. I was trained psychoanalytically, however, I incorporate psychodynamic, interpersonal, and CBT techniques. I treat the whole person and will provide nutritional advice and Reiki healing, as needed or wanted. The environment is non-judgmental and safe. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York.
