You may be feeling overwhelmed trying to meet the demands of work, family, and life responsibilities. Feelings of anxiety and depression are becoming more common. I am a licensed clinical social with experience working with individuals, families, and couples.
My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that fosters open, honest conversation. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your current challenges, express your thoughts and feelings and work with you on strategies to help move you toward your goals. I believe that even in the most challenging times in life, there are opportunities to heal, grow and find greater peace of mind.
