Hi, I do not do court ordered therapy. I am passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence based care. I believe every individual deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My clinical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Care to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use, trauma, identity concerns, family conflict, anger management, and life transitions. As a therapist with Plutonic Therapy, I offer in person, virtual, and interactive virtual therapy sessions designed to meet you where you're most comfortable. Our virtual therapy spaces provide an engaging alternative to traditional video sessions, helping many adolescents and young adults feel more relaxed and connected during treatment. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning after time away, I strive to create a collaborative, judgment free environment where we can work together toward your goals and lasting emotional well being.

I believe every individual deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than telling you what to do, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop skills that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I use evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, and Trauma Informed Care, tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, identity concerns, or major life transitions, we'll focus on creating meaningful, lasting progress. Through Plutonic Therapy, you have the flexibility to meet in person, through traditional telehealth, or in one of our interactive virtual therapy spaces. Many adolescents and young adults find these environments more comfortable and engaging than a standard video call, helping them feel more at ease and connected throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and leave each session with greater insight, practical tools, and hope for moving forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. During our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your personal history, and the goals you'd like to work toward. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs and build practical skills you can use between sessions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies. I work collaboratively with each client, adjusting sessions based on your progress and what feels most helpful. Through Plutonic Therapy, you can choose between traditional in-person or video sessions, or meet in one of our interactive virtual therapy spaces. These virtual environments provide a comfortable alternative to standard video calls and can help adolescents and young adults feel more engaged and at ease during therapy.
