Lauren offers a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where clients can open up and be themselves in a safe space. She takes a DBT and CBT approach while also providing multiple therapeutic approaches that align best with each client that comes in for treatment. Lauren recognizes that everyone heals in different ways and is thrilled to provide services involving creative aspects for those that want to heal in new ways as she's certified as an art therapist as well. Lauren believes that everyone deserves a chance to find who they are and build skills that help them be the best version of themselves through all aspects of life.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys creating new art pieces, hanging out with her furry four-legged friend, watching any and all spooky movies or shows, and going on mindful walks.
