They have worked with a wide range of populations over the past decade through social work, teaching, and public health research prior to counseling. They draw from Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy, tailoring their approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. Jaden incorporates somatic awareness, harm reduction, and a strong emphasis on relational connection, helping clients integrate emotional insight with embodied understanding.
