In a world that can often feel too fast, too disconnected, and too unfeeling, I believe deeply in the healing power of slowing down and reconnecting to ourselves and to each other. I'm here to remind you that you are not broken. You are a deeply feeling human, doing your best to cope with the stressors and pain that have come your way. We all go through experiences that can throw off our sense of self-worth, balance, and belonging. With a little help, we can learn to let go of patterns that are no longer working and find our way back to the truth, beauty, and strength of who we are.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my approach to therapy. You do not have to navigate this challenging season on your own. In our work together, we'll explore creative and evidence-based techniques to help you release limiting beliefs, deepen your resilience, and live into a life that you love.
