I never thought therapy could be so effective until I started seeing Lee. She is amazing at what she does!
I appreciate Lee's ability to provide a safe space for me to express myself. I haven't always found that with other therapists I've tried. Cant wait for next week !

More about Lee Vitaliano, LCSW

I have always had an innate desire to help people. I am a compassionate, interactive therapist specializing in gambling and substance abuse, drawing from personal experience on both sides of addiction—from the addict’s perspective and from the perspective of the loved ones of the addict. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work, graduating with honors from Barry University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, an International Certified Gambling Counselor-II (ICGC-II), and a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) specializing in Gambling Addiction. I am a solution-oriented social work professional dedicated to providing exceptional advocacy and care to those in need. I bring awareness to people struggling with the challenges emanating from “life on life’s terms” and help them navigate these challenges using integrative, evidence-based therapeutic approaches in both individual and group therapy. I incorporate a trauma-informed approach to help my clients address the root of their addiction and empower them to overcome it and take back control of their lives. My clients enjoy a safe, judgment-free space where they are empowered to speak freely and confidentially. My goal is to help affect positive change in the lives of my clients by utilizing the resources and knowledge I’ve gained through education and personal experience. I work with individual clients over the age of 18 who struggle with Gambling Disorder, Substance Use Disorders, Mental Illnesses including, but not limited to, Mood Disorders (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder), Dual Diagnoses, and Emotional Difficulties (e.g., low self-esteem, grief, and loss). I also offer couples counseling, family counseling, and group counseling. My passion is to help people live happier, healthier, and more productive lives.
