Getting to know Anne Mallett
Hello and welcome. My name is Anne Mallett, and I am the provider of the outpatient therapy practice Grit & Grace Inspired, LLC. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University, Bloomington. If life has hit you so hard that it’s knocked you off your feet and dropped you down to your knees, yet you’re determined to find a way to rise back up and persevere, it would be an honor to meet and work with you. I take an honest approach and meet you where you’re at on this tough road called life. Together, I hope we can develop a plan of recovery and restoration for your peace of mind by implementing strategies to help you take steps toward standing back up, living solid in your truth, developing growth from your experience, and walking the path of empowerment.

The goal of treatment is to enhance the quality of your life. To achieve that goal, we will collaborate for a strengths-based, solution focused outcome. Therefore, together, we will implement thoughtful, tangible, and measurable plans of action to effectively guide you towards developing the best version of yourself and your life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
