In her spare time, Linda enjoys outdoor activities, particularly relaxing at the beach. Her home is affectionately known as Noah's Ark because of the many animals who live there: 3 dogs, 1 cat, 5 exotic birds, and their granddaughter's mouse named Teddy, who has an addiction to Cheerios, live downstairs. Upstairs, there are 7 cats who serve as the neighborhood eatery for many homeless cats. In winter, they provide heated houses and a heated water bowl on the front porch for the kitties. They also care for raccoons, deer, and outside birds with various food and water spots. Linda cherishes time with her family and loves visiting new places, as well as spending time with family and friends in Florida. Reading, golfing, and being an annual member of the VA Fine Arts Museum and the Altria Theater are among her favorite activities.
