You want to set yourself free-another day, another try-but it feels like an uphill battle you just can't win. You're so tired of the ups and downs that affect not only you but those you love so dearly. You feel beaten down, emotionally raw, lost, and stuck.
You are not alone. I am here to help you find your way and transform your life. In our work together, we will explore the causal factors of addiction, develop strategies for sobriety, and build the foundation for a much better future.
My recovery-based humanistic approach allows clients to feel safe and willing to explore and address their need or desire to take action in their own recovery. I partner with clients to uncover their core issues, identify triggers, and develop tools, coping strategies, and relapse prevention plans.
I incorporate Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Mind-Body Medicine as we work on each client's unique recovery journey. With a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and over 19 years of experience, I have received positive feedback from a wide range of clients who say our work together has helped them rebuild their lives-in a safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental process.
