Hello, my name is Corinne Reilly and I make a point to treat people that I meet with respect, dignity, and kindness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with 7+ years of experience in various settings, such as, supportive housing for I/DD, outpatient community and private practice mental health, and in-community therapy. I will help guide individuals (of any age), families (however created), and couples who are seeking a therapist for support on the path to achieving healing and personal growth. My priority is to create a safe, no judgment atmosphere where you feel comfortable sharing parts of your life that you have struggled sharing in the past. I will help you navigate challenges in your life such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and self-esteem issues in hopes of creating balance in your life. I will collaborate with you to create an individualized plan and goal(s) that you want to accomplish. I will teach you how to use tools and strategies to reach your goal(s) with evidence-based techniques (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to name a few) that help you tackle barriers and go from just surviving to thriving in your life.
