“Living Beautifully with Uncertainty” is a daily mantra I live by. As a veteran who has lived a life of service, our PATHs colliding is not by chance. Being no stranger to hard work or life struggles, I bring the whole body-mind healing process to every encounter. How can I assist? Are you ready to shift and change to be the best version of yourself? Are you tired of struggling with the same patterns and negative self-doubt? Well, welcome to your new supportive environment, I am here to motivate, support, and encourage your healing.
I provide an inviting and supportive space to grow and reach one’s own true potential. I am honored and love helping others get comfortable with difficult conversations. I specialize in the entire unit (individuals, partners/couples, family, and community), anxiety-based concerns, such as PTSD, GAD, medical induced medical concerns/insomnia, sexual assault, depression, addiction, suicide, career transition, and supervision/mentoring. I am trained in several modalities to provide the best care across the lifespan, such as Trauma-focused, MI, CBT, EFT, Systems, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Gottman to name a few.
