During her DBT Training program at WMI, Amber gained skills and knowledge extensively with DBT, neurodiverse affirming care, couple therapy, and family work. Amber uses a variety of therapeutic models, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, ERP, Behavioral Activation, Gottman-informed, and solution-focused therapy. She tailors each session to fit your specific needs, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. Amber’s approach is rooted in building genuine, trusting relationships. She believes that when you feel safe and heard, you can begin to foster that same sense of inner peace and integration within yourself.
