I founded this practice based on my fundamental belief that individuality is something to be celebrated. It is a privilege to be invited into people's lives, and I wanted to create a space inspired by the people I have met and will continue to meet through my work.
I am passionate about connecting with people in an authentic way. I believe therapy has the most potential when there is a foundation of trust and genuine connection. I aim to create a safe environment fueled by a combination of my compassion and humanity paired with my expertise in the field. My style of therapy emphasizes the uniqueness of each therapeutic relationship and therefore meets you where you are, all while challenging you to grow where you want to go.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, which have both shaped my approach and commitment to personalized care.
