With over 27 years of experience providing mental health/psychotherapy services to children, families and adults I bring a wealth of experience to the work that I do. I focus on the strength of the individual and the resources available to them to find solutions from the most common everyday issues to the more complicated traumas that people experience in their lives. Accepting the fact that one needs help; finding the motivation to seek out help; working with a provider that respects and honors each individual; setting goals that can be achieved; therapy is hard work, but it also should be fun and I like to use humor in all the work that I do.
