Matthew was extremely conscientious. Although I was intimidated to go to therapy for the first time, he quickly helped put me at ease. Over the course of just a few months, his sessions helped me to make connections about myself and leave with a much better awareness of my past and present experiences and challenges and how to deal with them in the future. I would highly recommend going to him for anyone that is motivated to address short- or long-term mental health challenges and begin living more mindfully.
