I use a relational, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed approach that helps clients understand patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an MHC-LP with clinical experience in private practice, inpatient, and hospital settings. I earned my M.Ed. and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, as well as a B.S. in Cognitive Psychology from Vanderbilt University. My training has helped me develop a thoughtful, adaptable, and clinically grounded foundation.
