Many people go through challenging times and can feel “stuck” in their lives. But with hope, patience, and determination, this can change. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Brockport, and together we can work to find your light and discover ways to cope with the challenges you have faced.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to help people in any way I can, which is why I use different approaches in therapy. Overall, I try to help my clients learn to use their inner strengths, process their emotions, think and feel differently, and utilize various coping strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to meet clients where they are at and am open to discussing what they bring to session. In an intake appointment, I ask questions to get as much information as possible. For follow up appointments, I practice talk therapy and use other approaches depending on what may be beneficial or supportive to my clients.
